BODY LANGUAGE FOR SALES

Do you or members of your Technical Sales Team need help boosting their ability to close more sales?  Now there is a hands-on body language workshop specifically for Technical Sales People and those moving into Technical Sales.

 

Body language is an important part of your sales presentation.  Do you know if your body language communicates mistrust or offends your clients without your being aware of it, and how much sales you might be losing because of it? If you know how to use body language, you will be able to avoid sales pitfalls and convey body signals that make your customers say "yes!"

·         understand your own body language and sabotaging habits that may be costing you sales,

·         learn how to read the nonverbal cues from the customer that they are ready to buy or that you are losing the sale,

·         learn how to recognize and address what is not said by the customer,

·         learn to use your body language to help influence customer decisions, and
