Beverly Samuel is the owner of the Phoenix Image Institute, an
Indiana-based Image Consulting and Etiquette Training firm.
Beverly maintains that the key to professional success is
achieved through a good first impression and a powerful,
consistent presence.
Beverly's training for individuals provides the tools to achieve
an image consistent with their goals, skills and talents. For
corporations she provides training on professional presence,
non-verbal communication skills and etiquette, enhancing their
corporate identity to a standard consistent with their goals and
vision.
Her clients say that her training helped them gain
self-confidence and personal power, and positively impacted
their business revenues.
Beverly, a Professional Makeup Artist and Certified Image
Consultant, is a graduate of the Crowning Touch Institute, where
she trained in makeup and skin care; the International School of
Makeup Artistry where she trained one-on-one with Italian Makeup
Artist Gustavo Mottola; the International Institute for Image
Communications, and London Image Institute. She is a member of
the Association of Image Consultants International, the Indiana
Black Expo, Inc., the Indy Rainbow Chamber of Commerce, Fishers
Chamber of Commerce, the Association of Women Professionals, and
the Perfect Wedding Guide.
Beverly is also the Holistics/Special Departments Editor of
Image Update Magazine and a regular contributor to AICI
Connections, magazines for the Association of Image Consultants
International, with distribution to more than 23 countries.
Beverly utilizes her skills and talents for the betterment of
her community by attending and contributing to health fairs and
seminars, and hosting free workshops to local disadvantaged
youths and adults. As part of the Youth Motivation Task Force,
she goes into classrooms and speaks to children about staying in
school and the advantages of a good education. She also strongly
believes in the free enterprise system and encourages youth
toward entrepreneurship and helps them formulate plans for their
own part-time small businesses.
